I found this restaurant on Google Maps and went for the first time. The soba, broth, and herring were all rich in flavor, and I promised the owner that I would definitely come back again.

I finally went to the restaurant for the first time in search of the "Sudachi soba" that I had been curious about. I was delighted to learn that you can eat the whole Sudachi fruit, including the seeds, and that they are nutritious. The soba noodles and dipping sauce were both elegant, and I also really enjoyed the soba miso rice balls. I will definitely be going back to eat again!
