Some of a mix-up with the booking as we had booked over open table and ask hadn't met it, but the manager was excellently sorted it out got us a good table and win us a discounted drinks. excellent customer service!

No recording of 'open table' reservation, everything a bit meaningless really! at least fits us and eating was chain restaurant standard. service slowly between the curses, asked for fresh drinks of at least three different people who came to see if we wanted something else, only one came back ever. but finally we had two cursor meal with two drinks each for 70 pfund.
