The restaurant promotes dishes that they don't actually serve. When you ask about a meal that's missing, they try to pass off an alternative, despite it being advertised on their sign. Meal type: Lunch. Food: 1. Service: 1. Atmosphere: 1.

Frustrated, we opted to go inside. To our surprise, there were employees just standing around chatting and no customers in sight. It felt like we were interrupting their gossip session. The woman working the drive-thru eventually came outside, complaining that she didn't have time for this and then lit a cigarette. Despite the clear issues, my grandmother tried to order a number 8. The response we received was that they were out of everything, delivered with an unhelpful attitude. At that point, we decided to leave and headed over to the Wendy's across the street, where we were treated with respect and professionalism. I am African American, and this experience was disheartening for me and my family. It made us feel like our race was being misrepresented, and I can't imagine what others must think in similar situations. I would recommend dining elsewhere instead of this Burger King.
