Mcdonald's - Arcadia

Service was fast Food was hot Wait time was quick Server was friendly and nice Area was clean and free of trash.

My experience at this McDonalds was horrible!!! The workers have a nasty attitude/mouth. One worker stated that her Period was about to come on. Someone was sick in the back and the manager went to the dollar general next door to get some Lysol. I couldn 't even get my food because I asked for a refund. Overall this environment is not healthy nobody should ever go to eat at this McDonalds.

The kiosks broke Diet Coke is out No burritos No orange juice No Fanta The fountain drink machine in lobby no nozzles on any of the drinks Cashier must be new because she couldn't ring up a number 4 (manager had to help) Sticky floor by drink machine...probably because there was no sign that the machine side ant have nozzles so it sprays everywhere (yet they still just give the customers an empty cup knowing they can't use the drink machine) This is a prime example of poor management!

We are traveling been on the road for 8 hours straight and stop to eat we order at the kiosk and proceeded to ask for my cups at the front and the girl that was at the register, hand me the cups from way behind the register where I almost have to reach over the register to grab them very rude and not very attentive to customers maybe a little bit more training and customer service would be nice

Worst McDonald's. People in front of me got their food faster and some of it free. The we waited 15 minutes and everyone got their food before us. Another 7 minutes and asked for a refund that never came through. Service was just bad. Instead of calling the number on the tickets they would tell the order. So high tech and all but so useless if the people behind the machines are this slow and careless.
