Bidra med feedbackI made my order online which was fast and easy. I go pick up my order inside and to my surprise it was ready. I get back home and find out there were no sauce packs for the chicken tenders even though on the order it said 4. The extra mashed potatoes andgravy I had added and paid for was not in the bag either. I call up the store, the phone just rang and rang until I got a fastbusy signal. I got an email from corporate asking for my feedback. I submitted with everything that happened. I got an emailsaying someone would be in contact with me soon. A few minutes after that an email of my order that I had made. I haven?treceived any contact from anyone. I?ve tried calling the store a couple more times but it just rings and rings. I would notrecommend KFC. Next time I want chicken I will go somewhere else.
Unbelievably horrible food we ate today. The bread on our chicken sandwiches were cold, and there was barely any chicken to begin with. I felt like all we were eating was bread. Also, the fries were hard and not fresh. I will not go back to thislocation ever again.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Avery, the manager, was unable to provide any updates on my DoorDash order, and I ended up waiting over 30 minutes. When I inquired about a timeframe, she raised her voice at me. After I mentioned that I needed to inform my customer about the delay, she yelled again and walked away. A new employee later approached to apologize for her behavior, while another staff member responded with sass when I asked for the manager's name. She said, "That's just how she is." I replied that this behavior is completely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and I'll be sure to inform my customer about the poor service.
I ordered a family meal for three, along with a few sandwiches and some bowls. Unfortunately, I had to return through the drive-thru to get half of my order since it was incorrect. I ended up waiting an hour for just three sandwiches and two bowls. This experience has made me decide not to return to the Arnold, MO location. In short, the order-taking was terrible, the service was poor, and I waited an eternity for an incorrect drive-thru order.
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, and it was cold, dry, and stale. I also got two orders of fries, but they were cold, dry, and old as well. This was at 3:00 PM on September 15, 2022. After reading the reviews, I see they were pretty spot-on. Honestly, if there were a Popeyes nearby, this place likely wouldn't even be in business.
