Toshi's Sushi - Atascadero

The sushi and rolls are absolutely amazing! The soup and soy sauce are homemade, and I’ve never tasted better soy sauce. They offer a range of options, from beginner-friendly to adventurous rolls, with choices that vary from mild and cooked to raw, spicy, and robustly seasoned. There’s truly something for everyone. The staff and the chef are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The prices are very reasonable, making this cozy little spot a hidden gem in the neighborhood. The food is not only delicious but also beautifully presented, with melt-in-your-mouth flavors. I've eaten here twice in less than two weeks, and I can’t wait to go back. Be sure to try the Toshi roll—it’s exceptional!

We had an incredible sushi dinner for under $100. We began with some tasty garlic edamame and Poki lettuce wraps, followed by exquisite salmon and albacore sashimi. We also enjoyed a salmon hand roll and a delicious roll filled with albacore spicy tuna and cucumber. As always, the food at Toshi's is top-notch and beautifully presented. Thank you to the chef!

This place is a true gem! My friend and I stumbled upon it by chance, and we're so glad we did. The staff is incredibly kind, especially the owner! The sushi rolls are outstanding, albeit on the pricier side (we highly recommend the Sakura roll). They offer a wide variety of options that cater to both seasoned sushi lovers and newcomers, even providing menu suggestions for those who prefer familiar choices versus more adventurous options! There are also plenty of choices for non-sushi eaters, making it a fantastic spot for gatherings with friends and family. The ambiance is relaxing, so I doubt anyone would feel out of place. The vibe is calming, and my friend and I truly enjoyed our time here. Plus, the ice sandwich is a must-try—definitely not what you'd expect! You can tell they’ve put a lot of thought into their menu, and I’m confident that anyone who gives this place a try will be impressed and find a new favorite sushi spot!

I love Toshi. I can't believe it took me so long to go here. I really missed. The cook is always happy to welcome us and ensures that we always have a wonderful experience. The sushi is always fresh and always delicious and paired with a few rounds of hot love, exquisite. Toshi also offers sushi at a reasonable price. I usually get the role with crabs and salmon, I forgot what it means, but it has crabs on the inside and outside with salmon on the outside as well - so good, and the role is hearty. You also about fresh Wasabi here!! I would definitely recommend if you like wasabi. Next time I will try to get something with noodles or another dish next to sushi, because I am sure it will be delicious. Thanks to the owners and employees of Toshi, I always go here with a smile and belly full of sushi, makes me happy.

My kids and I went to Toshi for dinner tonight. It was super busy when we arrived and it took 30 minutes for them to get a table ready for us. Once we were seated they took good care of us. Our food was excellent and they made special accommodations for my kids to get some stuff that wasn't on the menu. What impressed me the most was how grateful the staff was for our patience in waiting for a table. More than once we were thanked for our patience by the wait staff. It was so refreshing to have such a grateful group of employees serving us. Thank You Toshi employees! I would give you six stars if I could.
