Bidra med feedbackWe used to go to Krispy Kreme all the time in CO. When we go here we went twice but selection was bad. First time left with mainly glazed. Second time we just left. We decided to give them another chance since holiday ones sounded good. Again, not great selection. When, I got home the donut were half the size they normally are. I know the holidays are coming but you do now need to count my calories for me. Plus my 7 year old was almost able to eat the entire box in one sitting. We eill probably never go back to that local. Krispy Kreme please build better one in Buckeye. And yes that is an oreo next to a lemon donut.
Manager and employee just discriminated against my son and embarrassed me. As we were in line a white lady and a white boy was in front of me getting free donuts because he had A 's. Happened to be that we were there for the same thing. The boy said I have 8 A 's and she said the max you can get is 6. So he picked the donuts and they were given to him. My 13 year old son logged in fine and showed proof of his grades before he was able to select his donuts. Now for my 6 year old I was getting an error message and I was not able to log in and show her that. She said I can 't give you his donuts if can show me his grades. I told her that the lady and the kid before me wasn 't asked anything is it because my son is Hispanic. So I asked to speak to the manager. The manager said oh She should 've asked for it but I said she didn 't. Which is not fair that she took the white boys word for it but not one of my son 's. I even showed her the error message the school website was giving me. She didn 't care so at that point it was about the free donuts anymore because I bought 4 dozens for his school. It 's more about her making my son feel bad that his word was not sufficient because he was a different race. So I left and made a complaint over the phone and they asked me for their names which I didn 't have. So I went back and ask the manager for the information. She said to me I want you to know that I pulled the video and she did ask for a report card. At this point she made me real upset because she 's calling me a liar now. I told her no she did not she asked after the fact because I complained. As a manager she acted so unprofessional by trying to embarrass me. At that point my son website was working and I showed her his A 's and she didn 't bother to apologize or give offered his donuts. He never got them! Instead she rolled her eyes as I walked away and told her employees, I 'm not worried about it, don 't worry about it '. This is the worst experience ever in my life and not for me but for my son. His hard work was not recognized and was treated poorly by staff! I would not recommend anyone to go to this location. I truly feel that my son deserves an apology. This manager shouldn 't be in the position she is!
Cold drive thru donuts. Ordered from here before, donuts are always warm. Frankly told today that they are cold, made early in the morning, and stored up to 48 hours so they should be good. Unbelievable. If I wanted cold donuts, I would just shop Wal-Mart donut for cheaper and convenience. Thanks but no thanks, your explanation makes no sense to me. Tell people upfront that they will get COLD donuts.
Pretty good for a snack after my class in Avondale. I love hot cocoa but this was more like barely warm cocoa. Donuts were old and no taste. Might have been close to closing time. Might go before class next time.
It?s 8pm and they close at 10pm however, the guy said that they are sold out. How do you sell out of doughnuts at a doughnut place? Idk how much easier do they want there job to be. This lazy kid shouldn?t work here. Customers purchase from here which then employees are paid. So who?s loosing at the end?
