Big Al's Pizza - Bairnsdale

Looking for something for take away dinner after 8.30 and found Big Al's. lots of different pasta types to choose with an assortment of toppings. I has a tortellini with carbonara sauce - one of the best I have had. Pizzas look pretty good too and everything was reasonably priced. Will come back next time I am in Bairnsdale.

This takeaway shop has the best pizzas - full of produce, very hot, tasty, great pizza base. Friendly staff who are courteous at all times.

Have eaten here a few times, first time was great between my partner and I we ate 2 large pizzas between us.

Reviewed Big Al's couple of months back as great new pizza but now I'm a bit confused. Maybe the new owners but now don't often answer the phone online orders when open have different options to shop menu half n half declined on...phone) Last week ordered two large but only two small were delivered. This week the two large arrived as two family size. Although that compensated for last week the Marinara Pizza was terrible Like a garlic bread pizza with an occasional shrimp dropped here and there. The one with the lot was good so will try one more time

I tried on different days to order takeaway pizza to the motel. But no-one answered the phone. This was after two calls five minutes apart, on two different days. The food is good but you have to provide service
