Qdoba Mexican Grill - Bala Cynwyd

I had a wonderful experience here. The food was amazing... similar to Chipotle, but Wayyyy was better. The staff was really friendly and helpful when ordering and explaining everything because it was my first time there. Would be safe again!

I’ve been to this Qdoba before and I never had a bad experience there. But today their service really deserved recognition. Everyone was professional and just in a good mood which reflected onto the customers. One guy who works there was helping a young lady who obviously wasn’t familiar with the ordering process at Qdoba. Instead of him being irritated he patiently walked her through her order. And of course my food was good.

My wife and i's very best. It's a place we love. The food is on point. Staff are cordial and responsive. It's a place I will recommend you visit more often.

I just want to take a moment to express my gratitude to everyone who worked the late shift today. My order didn't make it into the system right away, and I felt a bit frustrated. However, everyone was incredibly patient and attentive in helping me. This meant a lot to me, especially since I work full-time at a school and didn't feel like cooking tonight. I've got three lessons to prepare for this week and I was in a rush to feed everyone. They took their time to prepare my order and were genuinely kind, which is hard to find these days. I appreciate everyone who assisted me, particularly the manager who handled my order. Thank you!
