Blue Corn Modern Mexican - Baron Rouge

I haven't tried everything there but I don't care for their salsa. It's bland. The chicken burrito I had had almost no flavor. It's worth a try though, and I'll probably give it a second.

My husband and I absolutely live Blue Corn. The wait staff is always kind and attentive. The food is PHENOMENAL, fresh ingredients always! The guacamole and pico de gallo are always great and their margaritas are some of the best in BR.

I wish I could take away the one star. Overall service was horrible. Went there Thursday… the bartender and waitresses were outside chilling outside their vehicle. Every time we wanted a drink our waiter had to call the bartender from the vehicle to come. Every time he came to the bar he didn’t wash his hands, but the drinks were good. Fantastic service and delicious food! I had the steak Fajitas, the steak was tender and perfectly seasoned with lots of grilled onions and bell peppers, refried beans, rice and fresh guacamole, sour cream, choice of flour or corn tortillas. Pineapple Jalapeño Margarita was tasty! Great atmosphere and a nice area outside to eat!
