Bidra med feedbackThe experience was disappointing. It took 30 minutes for my order of 5 pieces of chicken, 2 cookies, and 2 pages. When I got home, I discovered there were only 4 pieces of chicken, 1 cookie, and the pages were incorrect. I always forget how frustrating this place can be. I won’t be returning!
I understand the situation, but I have to say that I ordered spicy dark meat and received a box full of white meat instead. It’s frustrating because I specifically asked for dark meat. I won't be returning to this restaurant; it seems they no longer care about their customers. Please take my review seriously—I won't be going back.
If I could give a half-star rating, I definitely would. This is the second time in just a few months that I've spent $60 only to receive the wrong order. I was told it would take 10 minutes for my mild chicken, but I ended up waiting 45 minutes and got spicy chicken instead. The staff seemed indifferent and there was no customer service to speak of! The last time I was there, they didn't even wear gloves. To top it off, the dining area was dirty!
Sae in line for what seems like enough time for her to slip the chicken, to increase then cook. After I put my order and finally came to the pick-up window, the worker was absolutely rude as hell, because I could not understand half of what she muttered, so I had to ask her to repeat. The only thing that saved this review from a star is that they got my order right. First, last, and only if they get my business under current staff.
Great food and usually fresh! Only thing is if you go expect to wait for them to cook it. Set aside 15-30 minutes but it'll be worth it!
