Bidra med feedbackVery good wels. drilling and tears were good, but would like more seasoned. spit a bit with spices, but could not go to the taste I wanted. my daughter really liked the boudin, but also wanted it more spicy. kartoffelsalat was good. my son also liked the jambalaya. great customer service.
I am from br, but moved to dallas, came home to visit and decided to eat here on the basis of the great reviews. this place was disgusting and I will never return, the only good thing is that they honored my military rabatt. I ordered the Friday special of garnelen tie with a side of red beans, salat and maisbrot, my son ordered the children jambalaya. the garnels were tiny frozen garnel I expect good fresh seafood in baton rouge, the soße was runny, and the nuds were hard and cold. I have never seen red beans like this absolutely zero taste prepared, it is obvious that they were from a dose and they do not serve with it. the salad was only iceberg salad sauce from the bag on the plate, the dressing was in package like ketchup. the jambalaya for my son, a child's plate, had a piece of meat that had to fight to shred, even not tasty. the presentation of this meal was very sloppy, I felt like I was in a school cafeteria. I think we'd have caught up with a frozen dinner from the walmart over the street.
Excellent eating, friendly staff, timely delivery to their table. affordable. one of the best jambalayas in the city!
Excellent pork and sausage jambalaya, which they cannot get from other nearby shops. huge pieces of delicate pork that melt in the mouth.
Rice and Roux is a great place to eat, the food is delicious and the prices are affordable. They also appreciate military and other uniformed service providers.
