This is a long post... bottom line: Food amazing, would buy again; what a wild ride just to get a pizza in my possession. The long story: This visit was a little confusing to say the least. The store is located right at a dangerous inersection, sobacking out is not an easy option during prime time, and backing in is not really an option due to the traffic as well. If yougo at it intelligently you can manage to use sidewalk space to back into and pull out parallel to oncoming traffic. Next up...one you park and get out of the car you're staring at adoor and a sliding window. A man comes to the window and asks how he canhelp. I said I was to place an order and he tells me to come through the door anyway... He takes the order, and the printerisn't working. He slaps it and twists it and pays parts of it sideways and it spits out about 5 receipts from previous orders. Iwish they could solve some of these puzzling points. They would save time, and be more professional in appearance to thecustomers.
Order of delivery. Quick answer to the call. Very friendly on the phone and professional. was quoted 30-35 minutes for delivery. The door bell was about 30 minutes later. The driver was very well maintained and polite. Shout to the driver, Brandon, as an excellent employee. Pizza was hot and delicious. I ordered a big paprika, so I had a few wonderful slices, reheated, for breakfast.
That was the best late night snack we ever had. We were in OOB for vacation and that was the only restaurant making the delivery that late. Even tough it's far from where we were, the food was still really hot (and so good! .
--- The food here is fantastic, and I'll definitely be coming back for more! However, getting my hands on a pizza was quite the adventure. To start, the location is a bit tricky. It's situated right at a busy intersection, which makes turning in a challenge during peak hours. If you're clever about it, you can use the sidewalk to maneuver in and out alongside the oncoming traffic. Once I parked and got out of the car, I was faced with a door and a sliding window. A man appeared at the window and asked how he could help. I mentioned I wanted to place an order, but he instructed me to come through the door instead. After finally entering, I faced another hiccup: the printer was malfunctioning. The employee had to slap and twist it, which resulted in several old receipts being spit out. I really wish they would address some of these issues. Streamlining their processes would save time and improve the overall professionalism in serving customers. Regardless, the food is worth the hassle!
