Kfc - Bismarck

The food here is great. However, I've noticed that every time I order a Mountain Dew, I see black specks in the drink. I'm not sure what it is, but it seems like their soda fountains could use a good cleaning.

I ordered a 16-piece chicken dinner with coleslaw, potatoes, and macaroni and cheese at the drive-through. The mac and cheese was delicious! However, the gravy was the thinnest I've ever had. Everything was fresh and flavorful, but when we got home, we discovered we only received a 12-piece meal. Dwayne provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to correct the order. Amazing service!

Recently, I conducted a little experiment where I purchased three spicy sandwiches from the main fast food chains to compare their flavors and value. Without a doubt, KFC stood out as the winner; it offered a much larger sandwich and the best value for your money. It was very, very tasty. McDonald's came in second place, while Burger King was in third. Of course, this is just my personal opinion!

The wait for our meal wasn’t too long, but I noticed that other customers who had called in their orders were still waiting even after we had finished our meal. It was around 7:30 p.m. on a Thursday, and while we were eating, the staff started putting chairs upside down on tables all around us, even though the restaurant was open until 10. This was odd timing and made us uncomfortable, as if we were being rushed to leave. Additionally, two staff members were busy cleaning the dining room, even though it was neither messy nor busy at that time, which added to our confusion. To top it off, the KFC chicken we had didn’t seem fresh at all. It tasted like a completely different recipe, and even the coleslaw was off. If they’ve changed their recipe, it feels like it’s not really KFC anymore. Overall, I was not impressed with this experience.

In passing, the 16-piece chicken ordered dinner with Coleslaw, potatoes and Mac and cheese. The Mac and the cheese were delicious!! The severity was the wateriest I had. Everything was fresh and tasty; When we came home, we realized that we had only received a 12-piece meal. Dwayne went beyond and beyond and provided excellent customer service for us by making the order right. Amazing customer service!!!!
