Kfc - Bismarck

First, the cashier cut me a dollar and had to wait until the manager opened the register. Okay, mistakes happen. When we got our meal, they had forgotten the cookies and we had to ask them. Waiting wasn't long for us, but people called orders and waited when we finished our dune at dinner. Not sure what happened. It was 19:30 on a tuna and while we eat, she decided to lay chairs on tables around us. They were open until 10. Not sure of timing, but made us uncomfortable and felt like we should go. Plus 2 employees where the dining room, while people still needed their food to go ordering. The dining room was not a mess that needed attention at that time, nor was it a matter of confusion. Even our KFC chicken did not seem fresh. It was like a completely different recipe. If they haven't changed KFC anymore. Even the Cole Slav was gone. Not impressed.

Good food. Although every time I get an MTN Dew, I find black spots in the drink. Not sure what it is, but it seems that they need to clean their wells.

Super slow service. Was told to hold and waited 5 minutes and was told to hold again. While 3 people drove off. After another 7 mins I drove off also. It was 12:30 during lunch hour. Don't waste your time.

Put in an online order at 7, got there at around 7:25 and my order was supposed to be ready by 7:35. We go to open the door to wait inside, lights were on and employees inside, and the doors were locked. Not a big deal, so we get back in my car to go through the drive through. The second we pull up, the lady at the window was extremely rude. We explained very nicely that we had placed an order not even 30 minutes ago, and she said they were closed. The hours online says 9:00pm…..so why are they closed? I know it’s new year’s eve, but businesses typically post their holiday hours. Anyways, we ask about a refund and she quickly said to call the customer service number. Very rude lady, shouldn’t have a job in customer service if she cannot be polite. I used to work in foods as well, never a reason to be rude to polite customers.

Monday January 30th. I went to get food. I got a 16pc meal and asked for extra crispy. The lady over the speaker told me that they were not making any fresh chicken and I was there at 7pm. KFC KFC doesn't close till 9pm. Gave me what was left of the crispy chicken and finished the rest with original. I called corporate office and was told that I shouldn't have even taken the order. Corporate even said that they should have made me fresh chicken even thou they didn't want to do so. I will not be returning as a customer for this restaurant ever again.
