Flying Trout - Blairsville

I can't say enough about this place. The food was incredible, the drinks are strong, and the atmosphere was perfect. We were in a cabin in the copperhead hut and stayed at the restaurant for dinner. From the second we went, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!!! Thanks Michelle and Stuart for an incredible evening!!!!

We were there three times, and no matter what I order, it is always cooked to perfection! These wings were excellent....yum The trout was incredible and the shrimps and geese were cooked for perfection. It is beautiful, right opposite the road from this fantastic restaurant.

The food was fantastic! I ordered the chicken and waffles, and it was absolutely delicious. The portion was nearly too large for one sitting, but somehow I managed to finish it!

Absolutely wonderful experience! I will definitely return. The baked green tomatoes were fantastic, and the crab cake was the best I've ever tasted. The bread pudding was extraordinary as well.

Great food great people! Best honeymoon ever! They greeted us with love and the food was amazing! Will definitely be back on our next visit up there! The owners are wonderful people and the staff will always make sure everything is to your satisfaction! I can’t wait to go back!
