Bidra med feedbackIt's unfortunate that the actions of a few have impacted the experience of honest patrons. While we had paid for our meals, we weren't allowed to bring home what we didn't finish. They seem to prefer throwing out perfectly good food rather than accommodating their customers, which creates a negative impression. Additionally, the server and manager were laughing and smiling throughout our discussion about this policy, which felt disrespectful. This experience highlighted a significant gap in customer service, and we believe they need to reevaluate their approach, starting with hiring more mature staff. We will certainly share our experience with others.
This restaurant is significantly overpriced for the quality and quantity of food offered. For much less, I could enjoy a meal at Dominic's or Maggiano’s, both of which provide larger portions at more reasonable prices. It seems that Mario's inflates their prices to cover their upscale location next to PF Chang’s and Alexander's, but the food does not live up to the high prices they ask. I would definitely recommend skipping this place!
I was once a huge fan of the original Mario's, but unfortunately, this new version doesn't live up to the same standards. The food and drinks are overpriced, and while the garlic rolls are still delicious, the rest of the menu is just average. There are plenty of better Italian restaurants in Boca that won’t break the bank. It seems like Tony Bova hasn't been the same since his association with Scott Rothstein. Additionally, the restaurant's decor is very modern and sterile, which isn’t what you typically expect from an Italian establishment.
