Pollo Tropical - Boca Raton

I'm going a lot. Avoid the busiest times when you can, use the app to order, but still, they will be slammed and face much pressure. People want their food and their fixes! Good grill and/or grill master as the food always comes great, especially when you eat it hot.

So yummy especially for lunch everything is fresh and the chicken is so tender. There?s a awesome guy in the window that helps with drive thru he has the best customer service. Was there on 7/11 around 12:00-12:30pm white guy black hair. I wish I had his name but I didn?t see it. Service was amazing and he?s always so friendly food was very yummy and I was threw the drive thru in enough time to get back to work and eat and have time left over which is awesome. Tropi chop with everything but tomatos is my number one fave item with fried yuca and the cilantro sauce. Have enough to split between lunch and dinner fair prices. I really think the guy should get some recognition for his amazing service as this wasn?t the first time I?ve been and seen him there and been 100 percent satisfied when leaving the restaurant.

I love pollo tropical, I eat there 4-5 times a week. But this location has a gentleman at the window who?s rema to be special needs. There is nothing wrong with this, but you shouldn?t put him at the window. He has messed up multiple orders that I have seen and one after noon he messed up mine when I believe I saw him clear it and had to remake it. He was frustrated to the point he was cussing the computer and himself out. I?m not saying to fire him but please take him off the window.

Terrible service. I complained my order has not been called, and she found it on the counter with no receipt. Instead of just hand me the order and say something nice, she started shouting at me. I have been mistreated there several times. What is suppose to be a pleasure, becomes a nightmare. The employees treat the customers like the were doing a favor to them. Pollo tropical, that was the last time you saw me.

This place is a whole mess all around. From manager down to cashiers. I ordered food, they hand me no chicken ? i had to drive back to get my order fixed. Moreover, i asked for a strawberry tropichiller, they handed me a mess; i just taste it and keep it in my fridge for a review. They need to bring new management and start this place over. Poorest customer service all around!! stars
