Bidra med feedbackI have never written a review in my 64 years, but after my experience at this restaurant, I felt compelled to do so. It felt like I had walked into a scene from Lord of the Flies, with poorly skilled staff running the place. The food was prepared by four males, while four females (all teenagers or in their early twenties) seemed disinterested and unfriendly. The sauce station was a mess, with almost empty containers and spilled sauces everywhere. The utensil area was dirty and mostly empty, with no salt packets available. The service was slow and unresponsive, with poorly made food that was cold and undercooked. Overall, the restaurant was poorly managed and I left feeling angry and disgusted. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Absolutely the worst customer service by drive thru. our order every time we go there to get lunch. no possibility to treat very important workers. they always have a setting and cut us off. with all these 1 stars they would think that they get better employees with customer service. they have to be monitored around the midday and go to dinner, because that is when the settings are on a rise. I do not think that their shift in duty has the common sense of speaking with respect. close down the whole restaurant until they hire people with large customer service. many in the service, how to properly speak with the customers.
Guess I can add to the collection of 1 stars for this Pollo Tropical location. No cilantro sauce for pork. But then really rude customer service. Why are these employees still employed here?? So frustrating and was looking for some good take out today. I will also send this same complaint to corporate but this location is probably a franchise and no one cares any more about customer service. You have lost our family as a customer of all Pollo Tropical locations. So disappointing. Chick Fil A is now our new go to for great fast friendly service and delicious food. Definitely take notes as they are getting the correct staff to work for them. Hopefully this complaint will make a difference at this location but I doubt it. Hopefully others will at least be prepared for poor customer service. The food is now the only reason that someone visits this location.Update: I have filed the same complaint above to the Corporate office. Go to pollotropical.com and scroll to the bottom of the page and click Contact Us to file a complaint directly to them as it appears that all of the complaints posted in Google Reviews have been ignored and just saying We are trying to improve customer service but really we are not . Very sad that there are so many employees that really lack customer service and have an attitude that you are bothering them. Every Google Review complaint below for the last 3 months state the same exact issue of Rude staff. It doesn't take 3 months to resolve an issue in the corporate world. 30 days and you are out if too many complaints.
Such fire food. I always get the 1/2 chicken w/ cilantro garlic. My friend hates Pollo but he's capping, I go here all the time. Funny experiences here and there, but overall amazing food.
I did not have the opportunity to eat at the restaurant, I went and the lady who is serving today December 14 at 12:55 pm has no education, I arrived and said hello as a courtesy and she did not answer me, I said it again 3 times and he didn't even say hello. Then I ask her what I want from the menu and what she tells me is: WHAT? I'm sorry but people don't want to do well at work anymore, unfortunately I wanted to eat here and this person really makes anyone leave the restaurant
