Idyllic frame, calm despite the place being on the national shore. We have come to discover the ligerian menu of the water chef and are delighted! A divine aperitif in a living room cossu with a typical and undeniable charm near a warm fireplace where the staff was very welcoming and charming. The chief came to get to know our cabbage by presenting himself. Excellent table service, warm with divine dishes to discover pleasant flavors. The quantity is perfect and the number of dish is accordingly. We haven't seen the past three hours. The chef came at the end of the meal where we were able to make him an extremely positive return this very pleasant moment where we had a magnificent view of the gardens and buildings. We highly recommend both for the framework, as well as for the dishes and the excellence of the service at any point. A deserved 5-star castle relay (we didn't test the nights)
We had the privilege of being able to stay one night in one of the rooms in the hostel overlooking the garden. This last was very spacious and the really comfortable bedding, our night was perfect. We also have a moment in the living room of the hostel where we were able to take an apéro in this beautiful room ready for the fireplace. To continue with a sublime meal. We spent a perfect evening, the new head of the hotel is available, accessible and listening to its customers! His kitchen is at the height of the establishment and we welcome him and hope that his experience in these places will meet his expectations and will enable him to develop his talent and dynamism!!! A special mention also for all the staff at the reception in the room for dinner and breakfast at the living room room ... who have been at little care with us, anticipating our needs, always available and smiling !!!!

We spent the day with a friend to discover the cuisine of the new chef Kevin Stroh. We were not disappointed this was exceptional from A to Z. The plant entrance to the topinambours with roasted hazelnuts is fantastic. The bar was then excellent with perfect cooking. And what to say of the Pithivier magret of duck foie gras it is to fall as the back of deer.I ended with the dessert leeks cepes that was also perfect. A real treat. Certainly with Kevin Stroh this table changes dimension. As for the cellar, it is one of the most beautiful in France with the superb advice of the Master of Places Guillaume Depee. We then slept on site with a perfect and excitedly heated room and impeccable cleanliness and very attentive service. After the morning breakfast with a perfect buffet, we left this enchanted place, we will return very quickly.
