Mcdonald's - Boone

One of the best trips to a McDonald's I had. The DT was packed, but they moved it fast. Food was hot and it really had to be cool. Sweet tea was on the spot!

Selected pick up at counter for my mobile order and they have the doors locked. They also have the phone off the hook knowing we will call and complain. Now my food is 20 minutes old because I had to wait in your long drive thru line. Do better, hire more workers or don’t open at all.

This is a bone in my THREE YEAR OLDS HAPPY MEAL !! This is unacceptable ! She could’ve choked.

Gabe is the best. i’m assuming he is a manager but this man was on. i ordered a caramel mocha and he informed me that the machine was being cleaned. he offered me a regular, iced, or even a frappe. also my friend messed with his ice cream and it fell into his hands. Gabe got my mans another ice cream for free. his tone, body language, eye contact, and care for us customers was extraordinary to say the least. get this man some money or some benefits asap fr
