Tim Hortons - Bouctouche

I will not return..after waiting 20 mins for my order I was greeted at the window by a not very friendly staff member..I know we all have bad days but a simple hello or thank you would have been nice : unfortunately this is not the first time..

Service is terrible and slow don't recommend anyone stopping here if you are in a hurry. Seems like Bouctouche and Richiboucto Tim's don't care about customer service anymore.

I can 't believe how slow this service is. We sat at the window for nearly 20 minutes for a simple order. The language barrier is terrible. I have no issues with foreigners but please you need to make yourself understandable.This is the second time I regret going there. It has always been my go to when travelling through the province but no more. I will stop elsewhere from now on. ?

It took 15 minutes to get my order. I realize that they are busy but the personal service was not welcoming by the one who handed me my order. She must have had a long day.

An express Tim's is needed right beside this one, coffee and doughnuts only.... Wait times are worst in the province I'm sure of it, nice staff but something needs to be done to speed up service
