Mcdonald's - Broomall

The experience was disappointing, and we even found a hair in our food. I usually try to be understanding, but this time just didn't cut it. Never again.

The drive-thru service was quick, and the meal was enjoyable. I’ve had consistently good food on my previous visits as well. I can always count on getting a decent burger here.

The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff provides outstanding customer service. I appreciate how clean and inviting the atmosphere is. I highly recommend giving it a try!

Hard to understand person through the drive thru, but they heard me because the order was 100% correct. Unfortunately, her slurry machine was cleaned and couldn't get my son a lemonade. What doesn't make much sense at dinner.

So unbelievably upsetting. I got home after the drive thru and 3 burgers I ordered paid for had no meat patties. JUST BUN TOPPINGS !! I drove all the way back, showed them 1 of the empty cheeseburgers, they wanted to take the whole bag back in their store... after all the covid precautions we take, that would have been so unsanitary !!! Then they had attitude With me. I can't go back there. nbd but they also forgot ranch for the Nuggets too...but that's sadly expected
