Charlie's Boat Yard - Buffalo

On a sunny Saturday during the Labor Day weekend, I stopped by for a late lunch. I was able to get a table right away. Our server, Danielle, was very friendly and attentive. My companion and I both ordered the Taco Trio along with some drinks. Our food arrived quickly, tasted delicious, and the atmosphere was wonderfully relaxing.

I was disappointed with the food at this restaurant. My daughter ordered a steak sandwich, and when it arrived, it was essentially just a sub roll with only five small pieces of meat on it. I let the waitress know that I didn't expect to pay $16 for such a small sandwich. She mentioned that they split the meat on the sandwich, and if I wanted more, I would have to pay extra. There are plenty of other restaurants that provide better quality and quantity of food. I won't be returning to this place again.

First time with Charlie? Boot Yard. Loved the open windows and doors with a gentle breeze from Lake Erie. A taste of Buffalo food on the menu and some other delicious dishes. It's just a suggestion that's hurling the iced tea.

I updated this review after I had more information about what we were told was lobster roll with butter was actually lobster salad with Mayo and celery seeds. My partner who ordered this was insecure when something was wrong than what she knew as a butter lobster roll. I tasted it at home and during the celery seeds was different to know the ingredients and fresh lobster allowed me to enjoy. We sat quickly without looking at the lake. The service was usually fast and pulled pork was also plentiful and tasty. Maybe our server was new and unknown with some of the foods as it was friendly and efficient. It's difficult to hear as pretty loud,

Delicious food with an even more stunning view! The waitress was fantastic too. I would definitely return.
