Bidra med feedbackUsually I give cracker barrel and in all fairness, I bet they are very short on help! Do you hear Area Supervisor????? Get the program, your business manager and 2 waiting employees running 200 mph!!? Help them. I could tell them it's really important, but the feeling what is use!! Okay, here we go: Service was great, food was like that, see pictures of my plate. I had Mommy's French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon and French toast. Everything was hot, but I had eggshells. I didn't see her until I got down!! Again, Mr. District Supervisor, this is on you!! If everyone runs as hard as possible, what is missed. Floors were dirty, windows are dirty, silver goods were bad. BUT, our waitress was very friendly, friendly and very fast, while we set up the high chairs nobody else saw. Come on. Go to help them rent some help, in the meantime, how about you come in and help. I was an area manager over 600 stores, I know what you're going through, but the front lines are the most important people, take care of them well. I come back!!!!
They were short staffed and still did a great job.the chicken fried steak was delicious.
The food was excellent, the prices were reasonable, and the service was commendable. During this visit, our waitress was very attentive and friendly, but it seemed like her hands were slippery with butter as she accidentally dropped everything she touched. Overall, it was a positive experience, but the frequent mishaps with the waitress were a bit distracting and took away from the professional tone of our business dinner.
This charming, traditional restaurant offers delicious food at excellent prices. They serve breakfast all day long, which is a great perk. We visited on a Saturday night and found it less crowded than usual. We quickly got our drinks and our meals followed shortly after. The service was exceptional, and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely return!
I just want to express my appreciation for the incredible employees at this store. Recently, I visited and accidentally left my wallet behind. I realized it was missing only four hours later. Fortunately, a staff member found it and handed it over to management. Christina Morgan, the Retail Manager, was kind enough to send my wallet back to me the very next day. I truly appreciate the help and care from everyone involved. So just know, when you dine here, you’re not only enjoying great food, but you can also count on the staff to take outstanding care of you! God bless all of them!
