When you pay for extra sauce this is what they give you. It's very unfortunate they already rush you out of the drive thru but if you can't make an order right it only makes sense why you only work fast food. Management do better.
Came here yesterday ordered a burrito and payed extra for sour cream. I called in spoke to a lady she put took my name and what I ordered and said I can come back anytime and get my right order.Literally just came out right now and she said my name wasn't there and there was as no burrito. It was the same lady who took my order, answered the phone AND same lady I just now talked to at del taco! Every interaction was with her and now she doesn't remember?If I pay for something and don't get it (1.89) for sour cream- is that not wrong?
I'm really sorry for those who didn't have a great experience but I definitely did. I went through Drive-Thru and the young lady who helped me was extremely friendly, professional and helpful made my ordering experience easier. The other person at the window was also very kind and helpful. My food is hot which is refreshing because usually other places it's room temp. Everything came out delicious and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you ladies for the great experience.
They always forget something in my order I paid for. When you don't have time to go back.
