Andy's Pizza Shaw V St.

5 stars for food, but zero stars for the Door Dash delivery. I love this pizza and you can order delivery through the website, but the timing and quality of delivery usually sucks. We've waited over an hour once the pizza leaves the shop, just 15 minutes away. Last night, we had a pizza delivered by scooter in 40 degrees temps. The driver had no bag and the pizza was stone cold. It's great pizza but for the best experience, I recommend picking it up.

Great for a quick bite before a show at the 9:30 club. We sat at the bar and the bartender was super nice but forgot our drinks for a hot moment. Pizza is quality Andy's much better than getting it delivered and their specialty pizza slices were the best!

Pizza and service was good but the manager not so good. A guy at the last minute by the register cut in line with his friend and took my pizzas. I tried to say they were mine but the server insisted mine were coming out the oven. Once it got to my turn they realised what had happened when my order wasn’t coming out the oven. The cashier apologised and told me to wait as they tried to resolve the situation and get my order in the oven again. So I stood aside as he serviced others until mine came. The manager steps in haven’t heard anything and is yelling at the cashier for helping me and insisting I need to go to the end of the line. The cashier tries to explain and the manager wouldn’t listen just continuing to be rude to the cashier. The cashier was trying to right a wrong that was done and the manager handled it completely inappropriately. The way the manager treats employees and customers is terrible. The cashier had better customer service skills than the manager and handled the disrespect with grace. This is not an experience I want to come back to.

I went last Friday afternoon and it was a bit of a mob scene.Almost all the slices were sold out. They didn't have what I wanted. Buffalo pizza was kind of dry and tasteless.If they're expecting a weekend rush it seems fair that they might think ahead and prepare a bit better.We were originally told it would be 20 minutes to bake a custom pie, but then they said 45.I was going to buy a $30 of wine but then I decided against it.The experience was kind of disappointing that evening. I felt rushed, not served well, and ended up with something I didn't really want.

Pizza was very thin but tasty. There’s better in the city by far but not a terrible option.
