Mcdonald's - Camden

The staff were friendly, and although the dining room was closed, they offered to assist me through the drive-thru. I'm glad I took their advice because they took great care of me. Food rating: 3/5.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. I did experience some issues with the app not processing my order correctly, but I think this is more of a McDonald's-related issue rather than a problem with the restaurant itself since I've encountered this with other locations too. Despite this hiccup, the team was incredibly helpful and still provided me with my order. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

I used the app to place my order and after waiting for a while, my food arrived with cold fries. The double cheeseburger had an extremely small patty, barely enough to complete the order. The chicken sandwich was dry and lacking any toppings, such as sauce or lettuce. The only positive aspect was that the staff member was friendly. Overall, I would rate the food a 1/5.

Much better than before 2020, new employees still show inexperience to time, although they mature on a regular employee or the manager to avoid making a mistake while learning how to clink a customer correctly.

Other than the addicts outside. And the ice cream Machine being down. I got my order pretty quickly. Employee where very nice. I can definitely tell management helps run the place very smoothly. I was impressed over hearing the conversation she was having with a pick up Uber eats or grub hub order. She stated very gently and playful to the delivery driver, “ that if she would of known he was there for a pickup order. She would of made sure she start preparing the order right away to reduce his wait. If he had spoken up that he was there for a pick up order. The driver wasn’t waiting long and he politely smiled and said he will do next time. She said don’t worry I got you ?. As a customer that walked in and ordered, it was good to witness that because then I know if I did a mobile order from that location that my food from there would be as fresh and hot and ready the best as it can be. ????.
