Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The food was not as good as I expected, the mashed potatoes and gravy was good, the hamburger steak,burger, and country fried steak all frozen pre-made patties and tasted like it and biscuits were so so.. The reason I give 3 stars is because the environment, decor and service. Not the food

I have been going here for years! Love the menu and atmosphere. Always enjoy the shopping experience too!

Service has gone downhill. Took about 15 minutes to get our order taken. Another 8 to get our drinks. Hash brown casserole was cold, apple pie dessert was also cold. The waitress hardly ever came out of the kitchen. It was a little before 5pm and they were not very busy. A table came in after us and they had their drinks before we had ours. We had to go up front to the cash register because we never received our ticket to pay, management had to bring us our ticket so we could pay. Service defi … – show

Waitress was rude and not at all helpful. Food was even worse. It was over an hour before we received our food. Would not recommend at all.

Visited tonight and never the waitress never got around to refills. Looking at the receipt was also charged for something I never got.
