Bidra med feedbackMy buddy, Steve and I from the US, were on our Hadrian Wall walk. It was lunch time when we ran into this amazing pub. We were early, so the host gave us a cool tour of the establishment while talking about its history. Stops as this added to the enrichment of our trek which we successfully completed.
This was a brilliant find for lunch. Very obliging owners, the place is centuries old (mind your head on the beams) but the hospitality is excellent. Really worth a visit
Have just enjoyed a fabulous lunch. Visited for the first time and would highly recommend.
Fantastic pub with the most welcoming staff and wonderful food! Highly recommended!
Stopped here for some lunch. Was not disappointed. Enjoyable.
