Bidra med feedbackThis really is one of the best Bojangles I 've been to. I go 1-2 times/week and theyve never gotten my order wrong. It 's not simple and it 's rarely the same thing. Ill admit, it 'seems ' like they are rushing you thru the order a little bit because everytime you say something, they say 'And what else? ' But, if you consider that they are just trying to keep the line moving(because this location is very convenient, regardless of which interstate you 're traveling on, so it busy) and they value yourtime, then you can recognize that this is how they help YOU, by running an efficient operation. Do take a moment to wish them agood day though. They always smile!
I have never left a review on anything but this lady deserves some recognition even if she doesn?t see this. I stop by on my way to work on Friday mornings and the lady who is working the register/drive thru is always so very nice and so fast but alsoefficient. Makes the experience so much better, she needs a raise!
The food was decent. However, the staff appeared to be quite irritated with having to serve customers. I waited in line for ten minutes before anyone spoke to me, and when they finally took my order, the woman seemed quite annoyed. My food was barely warm but still somewhat enjoyable.
I’m sure there are people who need jobs that can at least count to three. I ordered three biscuits, but they only put two in the bag. I didn’t realize it until I got home, so I had to turn around and drive all the way back. Did I receive any compensation for my inconvenience? Of course not. Customer service and accountability seem to be nonexistent these days. At least they managed to remodel the outside of the building.
I arrived at 6 PM on a Saturday (December 11, 2022), and found the dining room closed. However, the staff at the drive-thru were polite and efficient.
