Soda Cafe - Cebu City

The internet at this restaurant is very slow. If you need to do research, it's best to go somewhere else nearby. The giant teddy bear is adorable and definitely the standout feature of this place. It's a nice option for relaxing and people watching. The ventilation could be better. The drinks are average and overpriced. The staff is a bit unassuming and lackadaisical.

The adorable stuffed toys and large plow at this café seem to encourage customers to order more of their delicious frappuccinos and warm coffee. There are various seating options available for guests to choose from, whether they prefer a seat or a booth. When I revisited the café in August 2017, I noticed some changes that left me a bit disappointed. The iconic pink giant stuffed toy had been moved to a corner with other large toys that looked rather unkempt. While another giant toy was positioned near the entrance, it was not as appealing. The tables were dirty and the charging stations at the table where we sat were not working. I hope that they will maintain their original charm that drew me in when they first opened.
