Plaza Food Court - Chattanooga

There are many just as affordable options less than fifty feet from this place, which needs a total re-work. I think they subsist mainly on being the first thing you see after leaving the aquarium and being hungry and tired.

When we walked in we weren’t even greeted which is fine! The woman working at the register very very rude , no customer service and asked her if they had jalapeños since they sell nachos. She stared at me with and ugly stare like if it was hurting her to say yes or no, asked her twice she just stared at me with an annoyed look and ignored me. Did not give us a receipt and then walked away from the counter and then began yelling in a rude loud voice to other customers about others orders. They was also rude to the people in line behind us, with all the bad reviews and the prices being so high you would think that it would be fixed by now!!!Considering it's a family place where people come from far to visit. We will never eat there again, I’m here reading the reviews and do not see any management or owner of the business say or stop any of this poor treatment to paying customers. They should not work in customer service if they don’t want to work for one or if it hurts them to be able to be friendly to customers!!! JS!!

Visited this establishment with my Granddaughter last week.At the Hamburger counter ordered chicken nuggets meal. The most overpriced horrible meal one can order. Nuggets more Corn meal than Chicken (wonder if its even Chicken , Fries that taste like sawdust. Only saw the reviews after this visit. With this rating shame on whoever owns this place.

This place IS NOT part of the aquarium nor do they have a say in their operation. Its awful.,....

I very rarely have to post a negative rating, BUT… Cleanliness was below satisfactory, customers had to wipe their own tables off. Hamburgers were not good, chicken nuggets were overcooked, corn dog was okay, ice cream was good. Not impressed with the food staff and ‘manager?’ AT ALL!!! Save your money, literally, and go somewhere else for a quick meal near the Tennessee Aquarium.
