Arnie’s Gourmet Butcher Shop Culinaria

Unfortunately my preferred Ford dealer is Winner Ford. It's unfortunate that, I have to travel from Philly to find quality care and customer service. Fortunately they are right across the street from Arnie's. When I asked my service writer where to go for lunch, everyone stopped and looked and me and said Arnie's! Arnie's has to be one of Jersey's hidden gems! I absolutely love it here. The chef's name is Tony and he does it all. He cooks for you just like he does his own family. When he tells you that, there is no exaggeration or hyperbole. Feel free to share any dietary restrictions he is very accommodating. He treats you like you're his own. No one likes to come to the dealership for service. Even if the dealership is a top notch establishment such as Winner Ford. I just need an excuse to cross the bridge and come back.... My pallet and tummy tells that it can't wait to come back to Arnie's!!!! On my first visit I had a hangar steak salad with arugula and roasted tomatoes peppers and mushrooms with a balsamic glaze! The steak was seared perfectly and cooked to a nice medium rare. My second visit did not disappoint! Salmon Salad with mixed roasted veggies and arugula with pecans, goat cheese, lemon vinaigrette! This was a good deli cheesesteak. If you try to compare it to a traditional pizza shop cheese steak it wouldn't do as well. I think they prepare the meat and extras differently than a traditional pizza shop where everything is put on the grill together (hopefully) and chopped up together (hopefully) and then put on the roll. Very good roll, almost I would say too good. Very dense, good seeded roll. Good amount of meat. The sauteed mushrooms were heavenly. Good Cheesesteak experience.

Service is wonderful, all the staff were very friendly. The selection of meat is phenomenal. If you are looking for beautiful cuts of meat, fish or even prepared dishes this is the place. Thank you Arnie's I will be back for more.

I walked into heaven today when I visited Arnie?s for the first time. I was shocked to see such a large butcher shop with so many meats and prepared foods in a suburban area. I hope to return to get more photos but it?s a large open area with long glass counters with meats, fish, prepared food, pastas and desserts. There is a ramp for wheelchair access and a separate door for entrance and exit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I can?t wait to dig into my braised short rib and roasted sweet potatoes.

Wish I had found this place sooner. Apparently, others love this place too, as the shop was bustling when I arrived an hour before closing. I was met with an array of ultra-high quality cuts of meat, and their pre-made meals, soups and sides walk a tightwire between gourmet and grandma's good home cooking. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Kudos to the young lady who assisted me last night as I shopped and asked many questions. Try them, you won't be disappointed. I can't wait to dig into the aged steaks I picked up last night!
