Chipotle Mexican Grill - Cherry Hill

The food was quite good, but the staff seemed a bit uneasy. The music was excessively loud and inappropriate, making it difficult to communicate with the person taking our order. My partner had to raise his voice just to be heard. Our son has an auditory processing disorder and was unable to enjoy his meal as intended because they refused to lower the volume. If we don’t accommodate all customers, we are missing the mark.

This is the second time this month I've attempted to order an Impromptu dinner, and both experiences have been disappointing. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and it appeared that online ordering was the only option available. Out of the five employees, only one was working the grill, while I was left waiting. I'm not sure what the issue is with this Chipotle franchise, but from the reviews I've read, it seems like there might be some management problems. Can you imagine if Dunkin' or Chick-fil-A operated this way? If they want to succeed as a business, they really need to improve their operations.

Really bad. I know chipotle nationwide was made from the fresh ideal when it started, but this is a new quality. all the flesh looked overcooked. dry. veggies dark and sour. I don't even know the right word to explain. I would avoid it.

Pretty good burrito or bowl. They have the same problem as taco bell in that everything tastes the same...it would help if they gave you more then a child's handful of meat since most of the flavor comes from that but it is what it is. Also charging for guac is still kinda lame

I really enjoyed the food here. I had a couple different meats together in a salad bowl along with a fruit juice. I was thoroughly impressed with what I had. I was not one of those huge Chipotle fans although I had eaten there a couple times. But the meat I had this time was cooked to perfection...I wish I remembered the name ?
