Brushmill By The Waterfall - Chester

I recently discovered this gem of a restaurant and was blown away by the renovations the new owners have made. The ambiance is charming, and the menu is filled with unique and delicious options that surpass the usual fare found at other restaurants. With so many wonderful choices, it was difficult to decide what to order. The food was absolutely perfect, and the service was top-notch. I am already looking forward to returning this weekend for another fantastic dining experience!

We haven't dined at the Brushmill in over 15 years, but we were pleasantly surprised by our experience last Thursday. Everything was top-notch and first-class.

We had a wonderful dinner in the charming town of Chester, surrounded by stunning snowy landscapes.

The restaurant is beautiful and on a snowy Saturday night it was the perfect setting. However, the food was terrible. Two of us sent our dinners back to have the cook the meat to medium when it arrived almost raw. The steak was gamey tasting and tough as well. It came back almost the same as the first time. The other 4 people's dinner were definitely not as bad but I would not say that it was good. Unfortunate because the setting is perfect.
