Bidra med feedbackI ordered through the jersey mikes app and when it was 10 minutes past delivery time they quoted me via text I called the store. I got the run around and the gentleman blamed it all on door dash. I told him that I understand that if I ordered through door dash directly but I didn't, I ordered via jersey mikes and he said well I don't know what to tell you. I asked to speak with a manager and he said we don't have one. I said so yall operate with no manager or supervisor on duty he said oh that's me. I said ok well I am not happy with your stores service. He said well I don't know what to tell you look at it from our point of view we deliver via 3rd party. I said ok look at it as a company and from a consumer standpoint. I made a purchase via the companies app who advertised delivery and sent me a message telling me my food we would be delivered at a time. And it is not delivered. The app or text I received via the app doesn't say it will be ready for pick up via a 3rd party delivery service by a certain time. I asked him fir his name and he said Christian. I said thanks Christian what's your last name he said I'm not telling you that I got your order made your food good bye and hung up on me! The is absolutely the worst service I can not believe this.
Please help ur employees. they are severely short staffed rn, but they're doing their best. it took 25 minutes for them to make 2 sandwiches, and they forgot to put lettuce on one of them. feeling for the employees cause they were stressed and didn't have the help they needed to do their job efficiently
The service was good; they prepared the meat and cheese fresh for each order, and the vegetable selection was well-stocked—especially the tomatoes, which looked quite appealing! I really appreciate nicely sliced tomatoes, and I usually avoid places that serve mushy ones. They generously loaded up the sandwiches with veggies and even offered to toast the bread and meat if you wanted. At the front, there was a self-serve soda machine and urns for sweetened and unsweetened tea, although I didn’t see any lemon slices for those who like them in their tea. We walked over from our hotel, and I noticed that the parking lot was spacious and well-lit. They also have a drive-thru option. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!
Fast service with a quick turnaround. The selection of meats and vegetables was somewhat limited, but overall it was a nice spot to grab a sub and head out.
I had a disappointing experience during my first visit when my order was incorrect and didn't taste good. I decided to give it another chance, but unfortunately, it was still a letdown. My order was wrong again and the food was terrible. I won't be returning.
