Taco Bell - City of Johnstown

Really friendly woman greeted us like 30 minutes before closing and we got 3 soft tacos and a quesdilla. They were quick and friendly. This location deserves some more love

Had to edit my review. I gave this taco bell a 5 star review a few weeks ago and I give them 5 stars for tonight. Dining room closed at 10, I pull up at the drive through at 10:59. I was quickly served the most picturesque taco bell I've ever eaten. Check out my upload. I'm from San Antonio, Texas, and I never received an XXL stuft burrito like I did tonight. I was expecting bottom of the barrel and even apologized for being rude for ordering so late, but the wonderful staff made me feel unburdened by my request and gave me the best burrito I've had in my lifetime as a tex mexican. 10 stars for you taco bell of Johnstown. You earned yourself a regular. Keep it up! I'll be there!

I constantly have issues with my orders at this restaurant. Every time I order, the food I receive is nowhere near what I actually asked for. It's frustrating to think they want to raise their wages to $15+ an hour, yet they can't even manage to fulfill simple orders correctly.

I never receive the food I order, and when I reach out to address an incorrect order, the staff either gives me attitude or hangs up on me—if they even bother to answer the phone at all.

It's really disappointing that the owner of this Taco Bell intentionally places a person with special needs at the window while also failing to provide the correct food in the bags. I know for a fact that the people in Johnstown appreciate good customer service, so it's appalling that they would choose to use teenagers with disabilities to serve incorrect or random pre-made food. I would recommend driving to Fonda; their Taco Bell is much better.
