Sonic Drive-in - Cleveland

It's been so long since I ate here at the Sonic in Cleveland,Ms. cause I was very dissatisfied with my food, but today it was ALL GOOD, my burger and my fries was hot. The services was good over all. Thank you Sonic in Cleveland,Ms.

Been here waiting on food for 20 mins. Ordered a pretzel and it had no salt on it, and was really chewy.

Service and food were spot on this go round. Candace, the manager, holds her people accountable.

Service Is Poor At This Location. Two days in a row I ordered a Large Cherry ? Limeade, with Extra Cherries. BOTH TIMES They Added Extra Lime Slices, and NO Cherries. This can easily be resolved.

Made a mobile order at 11:14am on 7/9/2023. Sat at booth #22 where I saw my name flash across the screen. By 11:34am I decided to push the booth button to enquirer about my food because it still hadn’t arrived. Lady on the headset claimed she didn’t have an order with my name on it even though I had an email receipt showing I had paid. She took my phone inside to the manager to show this and came to find out that the person controlling the booth had took my name/order out the system before letting the car hops know to deliver the food. That’s some very lazy customer service especially for a person that leaves tips.
