Ravenswood - CLIFTON PARK

I used to visit this restaurant frequently a couple of years ago and absolutely loved it. However, I went there yesterday and was quite disappointed! It feels so different now. They no longer serve popcorn, the dishes aren’t as tasty, and the overall atmosphere has changed. I'm not sure if the ownership has changed, but it's definitely not as good as it was back then. The pizza was especially disappointing, but the chicken parmesan was decent. The service was just okay. Overall, I dined in.

We visited Ravenswood Pub prior to a show at Proctors and had a fantastic experience. I ordered the fish fry, which was a great choice. The food was typical pub fare, but they really executed it well. One of my companions had the hot turkey dinner and enjoyed it as well. The mashed potatoes were spot on, and the meal also included pub stuffing (which was slightly salty), an additional side, and a salad. The atmosphere at Ravenswood felt very much like a traditional pub—slightly noisy but spacious. There was a live music duo performing, and TVs were set up everywhere. Sundays are dedicated to football, and they proudly support the Bills Backers. Overall, Ravenswood is a great option.

The food, service, and atmosphere were all disappointing. For a dinner experience, the food rating is a 1, the service also rates a 1, and the atmosphere is equally a 1. Prices per person ranged from $10 to $20.
