The service was a bit slow, but the burger was fantastic. My wife loved her burger as well. However, others had to wait 20 minutes for napkins and then another 20 minutes to get the check.

I recently celebrated my birthday at this restaurant and was pleased to see many tables available early in the evening. We requested to be seated away from the cold draft near the door, and after being shown a less than desirable spot near the bathroom, we were able to choose our own seating. The waitress was accommodating and made sure my burger was served on a plate instead of a basket, and she also added extra malt to my milkshake without hesitation. The burgers were delicious and consistent, and although there was no birthday song, the service was friendly and personalized. My only confusion was why the restaurant chose to fill their less desirable tables first, even though the place was mostly empty. Despite this, I am a loyal customer and will definitely be back for my free birthday burger.

My family visits this restaurant at least once a month, and I must say we are never disappointed. The prices are a bit high, but the food is always delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is clean and welcoming.

Classic burger, fresh pommes and a pleasant return by covid. the service and eating were perfect and I had 4 teenagers who enjoyed themselves! I wish they had more employees, so it wouldn't wait. but it's not the business. I had the guacamolburger and it was right on the money!

Ever since covid its impossible no matter what time of day to eat Herr without a 30 to 45 min wait and once we decided to wait there was maybe 5 tables eating in the dining room. When the server finally came over 10 mins after sitting we gave her are whole order w apps and never saw here again.....apps came and 2.mins after that our burgers it was rushed and disappointing food wasn't awful but everything else was horrible we paid in the little computer thing and sat there with all.our trash in front of us b4 we finally decided to run out of there. I don't know what's going on but I have no idea how they stay in business we definitely won't be going back!
