Bidra med feedbackThe burgers and fries were as good as ever. However, we noticed some inconsistency in portion sizes. We both ordered regular fries, but the amounts we received were quite different. The restaurant could be cleaner, but overall, it remains a solid choice for food.
The salad had a generous portion, featuring at least half a cup of wild, slender greens. The service was friendly, but only Ranch dressing was available for the salad. When I inquired about other dressing options, I was informed about the spices typically used on hamburgers. The restaurant was clean, and I tried the Brisketburger, which was quite enjoyable.
I'll give this place a good rating because the food was delicious, hot, and fresh. The young woman at the counter, Autumn, who was in training, did a fantastic job! However, the real issue was the way the trainees were treated. This poor girl at the counter looked completely overwhelmed by the rude and demanding kitchen staff. They need to remember that preparing food is not the same as solving world problems! These trainees could easily find work elsewhere, but they chose to be here. A word of advice: treat them better, or you’ll likely struggle to keep employees!
While we love the haystack rings and the Brussel shoots, they've screwed up our Burger orders for the last three times. Not sure they have problems with the staff, but after seeing the confusion and lack of attention on the detail, I'm done. Many other decisions.
Very very disappointing. Went on Sunday 6:30 pm. They were closing at 7:00 due to short staffing. Took a long time to receive my simple order. Staff appeared flustered. Ran out of curly onions for my BBQ burger. Furthermore, the quality of both my burger and that of my wife was not even close to what we have come to expect .
