TGI FRIDAYS - Clifton Park

Sure, just a few weeks ago I was defending the hatred of places like TGI Friday's, Applebee's, 99's and Chili's and then I we came here.

Been to a couple of Fridays restaurants and this one is by far the slowest service yet so far.

The service was great. There was not a crowd when we were there so noise was managable

The manager and a host were present when I entered and they did not greet me. I actually think they glared at me, after a few awkward moments I explained that I made a reservation for 10 via opentable, they had no idea what I was talking about. After checking the reservations they found my party and found room for us. I was waiting by the door and when i went to sit on the couches there were two big piles of spit on the floor. The restaurant was fairly empty, but it took forever to order our first round of food. We were sent a new waitress and she was much nicer and more helpful.

Overall good experience. The food wasn't as good as expected. Service was lacking in areas, but overall a decent visit
