I would give 0 if I can. We ordered cold noodle and we have a papertowel in the bowl like a topping and not even the waitress catches it. When we showed and complained she quickly takes the dish and hides it away. No apology or nothing. This place is filthy and I am going to report them to city to investigate them. A small place with food to offer your whole brood. Their noodles are good, dumplings can be better, but their super star is actually the potato pancake. Man, it’s the best in town. We never not order it it takes hard work to make it that chewy! If you’re not into their noodles, at least go for that. It’s a must try!!
