My husband ordered Prime Rib medium rare and received well done. No one came anywhere near us to ask how our food was until we were nearly done! Apparently the server was busy with other tables, so the hostess advised us. A small credit was issued on the bill. Overall very disappointed with the experience. [hidden email]

That was the best Prime Rib dinner we've had there. The meat portion was more than expected, everything was seasoned very well, and the Yorkshire Pudding was the best I've had. The beans and corn were definitely seasonal. Very fresh. We really enjoyed our meals.

The food was mediocre, unfortunately. Wasn't bad, wasn't great. The prices were high, 34$ for main entree's, 20$ for a burger. I got the rueben for 20$ and it was one of the saddest looking reuben's I've ever seen. Basically 2 pieces of toast with a few slices of ... I'm not entirely sure, corned beef, I guess? Reuben's are supposed to be jammed full of corned beef, not 3 or 4 slices, but this a west-coast problem (Montreal we are not), but... the rest of the meal with just mediocre. Great views from the deck...

The Satellite has such a beautiful view. Unfortunately the food doesn't match it. We had to send one of our mains(schnitzel) back because it was so over done you couldn't even cut it. Theirs fries are excellent and some of the starters. Unfortunately it is hit and miss with the meals. This could be such a great place to dine.

The attitude on the person (Sophie) who checked us in was so rude. I wanted to leave but my friend said we should stay. The servers look unhappy and just not attentive. It's a great location and food is good but people have attitude somehow unfortunately.
