Golden Flame Hot Wings

I was excited to try some wings at this restaurant, but was disappointed by how slow the service was. The BBQ wings tasted burnt and the fries were mediocre. Overall, for my first time in town, it was not a great experience.

While we were in Florida, we were craving some wings and we were not let down! The wings and fries were exceptional. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area!

The only thing saving this place from a one star is the food and Flo. The place is clean and the food is good, but the manager (Rick) almost ruined the entire experience. Flo, our server, was very knowledgeable about the sauces and the gluten free options for my friend with Celiac’s disease. We connected well and she was pleasant throughout the entire process, and was equally as paitent with us as we were with her as she was wearing a pin designating her disability. However, as we were finishing the transaction, Rick rudely slammed his hands on the counter next to her and got onto her for being slow to her task despite her just finishing ringing us up and asking our receipt, which upset my party. On top of that, my friend with Celiac’s when we recieved our food from Rick asked to make sure the food she recieved was not cross contaminated especially from his gloves. He proceeded to get snippy with her about it. Rick throughout our experience was short and soured our dinner, but again Flo and the other young man were kind and on top of their game in terms of service and keeping everything clean.Dietary restrictions: Has a good amount of Gluten free options for those with Celiac’s.

Staff was ery friendly and helpful in helping us select the sauces. The fries are deep fried and a bit greasy. Plenty of room to sit inside and outside. The tables were a tad sticky and not sure if that came from the fries. The wings had great fry and tender inside. We will be back.Parking: Limited number of front row parking.

Don’t usually write reviews but I walked in after a long project that took two weeks, getting wings as my reward. The cashier was so kind and patient and said congrats after I told him I came here as a gift to myself for completing this huge project. And then, after I took my 15 piece wings box home, I pop it open to find 22 wings. Best Wings Place in the Springs, will definitely come back
