Kfc - Colorado Springs

The food was terrible! The chicken was tough and dry, and the biscuits weren't any better. The staff at the counter seemed more interested in joking around than taking orders, making us feel like we were a nuisance for dining there. To top it all off, the floors were also dirty.

The food was quite good, but it felt like they locked the doors just as my husband and I approached. We had to use the drive-thru, which wouldn’t have been an issue under normal circumstances, except that my car was already overheating severely!

The restaurant served us old chicken that seemed to have been fried again. When we requested fresh chicken, they told us it would take some time. We informed them that the chicken we received was not fresh.

I personally had a great experience at this location. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even gave me a free 8 piece! What a great day

The food was ok but the people were extremely rude and short with me and my boss, they all could have been having a bad day ? either way be careful coming to this location
