Oscar's Oyster - Colorado Springs

We visited this restaurant for an employee birthday dinner and had a great experience. The service was excellent, and our server was very knowledgeable. I tried the Fiddy-Fiddy, which was quite tasty. The catfish was light and fluffy, while the hush puppies were just the right amount of sweetness, exactly how I like them. However, my absolute favorite part of the meal was the cheese sticks! They were the best I've ever had—crispy on the outside and filled with smooth, buttery, melty pepper Jack cheese. They’re a game changer!

Good luck! This place has only rocks! The oysters are amazing, and the po' boys are fantastic. As a Louisiana girl, I can say that everything I've tried here has been top-notch. Plus, everyone who works there is always so nice and friendly.
