Bidra med feedbackFor me, this was a bit of a mixed bag. It's a huge, Vegas-like complex with decor to match. The service was good but not five-star and neither were some of the amenities. The food was underwhelming and overpriced. We had dinner at the Summit which is reviewed separately, and also room service for breakfast and lunch at the bar. The omelet was terrible and for some reason, they gave me the goat cheese on the side, wtf. The berries were meh and for $18 I expected them to be beautiful and sweet. Lunch was also annoying, we took the food out but still paid the service charge. The reason, we had a dog and could not eat anywhere inside. I hate this when resorts are dog friendly but all that means is they can sleep there and we paid $100 for our small, non-shedding dog which I think is just a sham. The room was spacious, but we had a view of the suburban town, not the mountains. The bed was amazing, but again the decor was gaudy. The bathroom was a bit small, and the shower had poor water pressure and a showerhead that had no settings, and no removable handle to use. Not five stars! The grounds are beautiful, the shops are fun, and I think in the summer when you can swim and use the spa it's a great place to relax for a weekend away or a girls trip.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Broadmoor hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. What truly stood out was the hotel's remarkable dog-friendly policy. It surpassed any place we've ever stayed, and our furry friend was welcomed with open arms. The convenience of having everything we could ever want right there on the property was truly exceptional. From an amazing coffee shop to a variety of dining options, the Broadmoor provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the ability to enjoy room service while spending time with our dog made our stay even more relaxing and convenient. One of the highlights of our visit was going bowling at the hotel. The bowling alley was a fantastic addition and provided hours of entertainment. The spa was another standout feature, offering a luxurious and rejuvenating experience. I highly recommend taking advantage of these amenities during your stay. Overall, the Broadmoor exceeded our expectations in terms of pet-friendliness and the range of amenities available on the property. Whether you're looking for relaxation, entertainment, or simply want to enjoy quality time with your dog, the Broadmoor offers an exceptional experience. I can't recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning in the future.
We love this place. We have stayed in the summer, fall winter. The summer offers a great outdoor infinity pool and 2 outdoor slides for kiddos. A decent pool side menu for hungry littles. In December is so decorated. Beautiful decorations, lights trees. Thee most glamorous chandeliers I have ever seen! Food drinks are priced at an absolutely jaw dropping price. The Bar had delish Sidebox martinis for a total of $29 ea. Ouch Remember, you are going there for the experience. The lobby, the rooms are all so elegant and scream old money. I love this place
Starting with no one is perfect, but this place is close. Expensive yes, not your average place to stay. We completely enjoyed everything about this place. The staff was amazing, professional and genuine friendly and helpful. Just a super warm place to experience the holidays. Super busy, but impressive nonetheless. Just not word to describe how incredible this place is. We truly enjoyed everything about this place. 7 Falls, 1858 restaurant that's on 7 Falls grounds. Truly wonderful place well maintained. The restaurant was excellent. The shuttle service perfect. Bell staff super, parking attendant like no other. I can go on and on but as I said no one is perfect but this place is truly a fantastic place. Truly enjoyed our time knowing is not something we'd do every week or every trip but it's an incredible place with people that seem to care about where they work and how they serve.
We went here to celebrate my birthday. We were joined by our best friends. I have heard about the Broadmoor for years. We were accomodated in the building behind the main building. It was absolutely the best. We upgraded our room and had a king bed, sofa, and chair, as well as the usual desk. There was plenty of room to unpack. Our closet had 12 hangers most places, you are lucky to get 6). The bathroom was spacious and the shower was nice. We had a beautiful view of the lake. The grounds were lovely. We ate at 2 of the restaurants. They were nice. I would definitely recommend and will return.
