Sushi Ai - Colorado Springs

The sushi was good and had a professional look and taste. The roles I recommend are the dragon and the black hole. After the short time coming here and several roles I tried, these are definitely my favorite.

Great service, skilled chefs, quality ingredients and a very nice place. Never had a problem for the years I've eaten here.

I'm still dreaming about their sashimi salad. The Mango Roll (no cream cheese) and miso soup tasted good. They were sweet and hospitable. However, I waited an hour to get a basic to-go order of 4 items. This was a spontaneous stop, so I didn't call ahead to place my order. Big mistake. While waiting I witnessed a bunch of ppl pickup they're pre-ordered meals but I remained patient as they offered me water and smiles during my wait. The frustrating part is that I witnessed a couple get seated, eat their food, and pay the check as they finally bagged up my order. Maybe it was an off day for them. 1 star off for them forgetting to make my order because clearly that's what happened.

WONDERFUL! I went with my children and although we waited a bit because there were so busy, waiting was worthy. So delicious. We ordered sashimi, child box, chicken teriyaki and udon. While we were waiting, waitress gave us crayon and papers for my children. Also the owner gave us small free desert because we waited a bit.! Impressed.. we had tempura cheesecake and it was so wonderful. I didn’t know that it was on the desert menu, Next time I will order 10 pieces of tempura cheesecake. It was my best dinner

I had an incredible experience at a sushi restaurant in Colorado Springs! The server was fantastic, and the sushi was delicious. Even though it took a while for our order to arrive, I could tell they were busy with a lot of take-out orders that night. I also loved the rolls. I can't wait to come back with friends!
