Bidra med feedbackThe smoothie was excellent. However, when I asked a question about it, I was directed to the app for answers. I paid with my card, but the staff didn't provide any additional information; I was simply informed about the order total. Even after the transaction, I thanked the employee, but there was no response. Meanwhile, three people were standing behind the counter, chatting amongst themselves while I was being served.
As a long-time loyal customer, I can confidently say that this is the best location in the city. The staff is always friendly, and I look forward to seeing them every time I visit!
We simply wanted to place an order. A young lady greeted us, but there was no one ahead of us in line. Perhaps they were preparing a takeout order? We had no way of knowing since they didn't inform us that they would take our order.
Normally this is the only smoothie king’s in columbus that gets her order right, leaves no amount of ice snake in the floor, sells the vitamine proteins not from the back door, etc. you know that the job is right. today I ordered my usual strawberry ananas meta-boost and it tasted like I went through the city to some. :-p. terribly tart and just crushed vitamine. I tried to stir it and even add the non-sugar sweetener. I don't know what they did or not, but something went terrible wrong! I hope their fruits have not been rotted or badly gone. I could try it later, but this smoothie was a waste of money.
I think my Island impact had dairy in it. And no inside seating. 2 points off...the service was great I would visit again.
